Audrey Manlius, Customer Service

Audrey joined Popsa in the second half of 2018 to head up our customer support team.

How would you describe what you do at Popsa?

I ensure that the needs of our wonderful customers are being satisfied. I try to make sure all of our customers have a delightful experience and always get the best service possible.

What does your typical working day look like?

The best thing when you are working with customers is there is no typical day. I speak with customers from around the world in 10 different languages, giving them help and advice. I also become the voice of the customers with other departments – a very important role.

What's your favourite thing about Popsa?

Working with the most creative and passionate people I have ever met in my career.

What is your proudest moment at Popsa?

The Christmas period was an amazingly busy time for us and people from all of the other departments came to help us out. This was definitely one of the more emotional and proudest moments I have experienced at Popsa to date.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I am a great fan of Heroic Fantasy novels and video games.

What is your favourite food spot in Soho?

Little Korea

What is your favourite part of your job?

I have been working with customers for more than ten years now and this is definitely the heart of my job. Thanks to Popsa, I have the opportunity to speak with customers all over the world in many different languages. I also get to share my passion and experience with the customer service team.

Something people don't know about you is...

I have seen the Star Wars saga so many times I can quote it by heart.
