Veronica Schraff, Marketing

Veronica works on social and influencer marketing to help spread the word and create buzz about Popsa.

How would you describe what you do at Popsa?

I run all of Popsa's social media channels and work with influencers, alongside planning surprises for our customers, to help show everyone how great Popsa is!

What does your typical working day look like?

There's so many different aspects to my job which means each day is different!

I usually start by checking in on all of our social channels to see if there are any customers that need help, have questions or just have some feedback.

We then usually have a catch up as a team to quickly go over what everyone is working on and what priorities there for any deadlines we have coming up.

After this I'm usually working on keeping influencer campaigns running or getting them set up, as well as planning social media content and posting it out and working with the creative team to get some great content created.

What's your favourite thing about Popsa?

At Popsa, everyone is treated as an equal.

No matter how much knowledge you have in a certain area, your opinions and ideas are always listened to and taken seriously.

This means there is always people from all different teams contributing with different approaches to come up with the best ideas possible.

What is your proudest moment at Popsa?

Successfully organising and executing Popsa's first two large scale influencer campaigns in the run up to Christmas. They were both a great success (even if I am a little biased)!

What do you like to do outside of work?

I love trying new things in London, there's always so much to do! I also love my boxing classes 🥊

What is your favourite food spot in Soho?

Greek2Go in Berwick Street Market, as I absolutely love halloumi. Otherwise, who doesn't love a good Leon?

What is your favourite part of your job?

Working in a startup means that, while I have my own responsibilities in my job role, there is always lots of other things going on that need an extra pair of hands.

So every week here is different, and that has given me the opportunity to learn so much in a short space of time and try lots of new things!

Something people don't know about you is...

I did ballet until I was 18 👯‍♀️
